Straight Talk
Real budgets, real timelines, real answers. If something changes, you hear it from us first, not from a delay.
About Us
Our Story
Thunder Mountain Homes was built the same way we build houses, from the ground up. What started as one truck and a toolbox grew into a full design-build operation rooted in Boise, Idaho, but the approach never changed: show up early, do it right, and stand behind the work.
Today we build a select number of luxury custom homes and estate renovations across Boise, Eagle, Meridian, and the greater Treasure Valley. The owner still walks every job site, and every client still gets a direct line, because that's how trust gets built.

Real budgets, real timelines, real answers. If something changes, you hear it from us first, not from a delay.
We sweat the details nobody sees, because that's what keeps a home solid for the details everyone does.
One team owns your project start to finish. No handoffs, no finger-pointing, no excuses.
How We Work
We meet on your lot or in your space, talk through the vision, and give you an honest read on scope and budget.
Plans, selections, and a transparent line-item budget, locked in together before a shovel hits dirt.
Our crew and trusted trades execute with weekly updates, a clean site, and the owner on the ground.
Final walkthrough, complete punch list, and a warranty we actually honor. Then the keys are yours.
The Team
Our crew and long-standing trade partners have built together for years, and it shows in the finish work.
