Star custom home builder

Star's newer neighborhoods and rural edges are perfect for custom homes with acreage, shops, and outdoor living built in.

Thunder Mountain Homes brings the same team, the same standard, and the same white-glove process to every Star project: new construction, whole-home remodeling, and additions. One accountable builder from the first site walk to the final walkthrough.

Set along the Boise River between Eagle and Middleton, Star has grown from a quiet farm town into one of the valley's fastest-growing communities without losing its rural character. That mix of acreage and new neighborhoods is ideal for custom building, as our featured projects make clear.
